This cozy cottage honors St. Lucia on December 11, 12, and 13 with smorgasbord plates including two types of herring, Vasterbotten cheese, Swedish ham, meatballs, and Jansson’s Temptation, plus the traditional Christmas carols. Lunch, $27; dinner, $38.

Star chef Marcus Samuelsson cooks up a traditional smorgasbord menu, served buffet style on the second floor. Lunch and dinner seatings on December 11 and 12 are $45 and $65, respectively, and include glögg and caroling, but, one hopes, no glögg-induced caroling.
