Take a deep breath and relax into this BBC Moodboosters Live Lesson in partnership with BBC Children in Need, to support children's mental wellbeing.

What to expect in the Live Lesson

Join Rhys Stephenson and Evie Pickerill for a jam-packed show full of gentle mood-boosting moves to help us recharge our minds and bodies.

In the Live Lesson we’ll be sharing tips and techniques for dealing with our worries, building self-belief and supporting pupils’ mental health during exams and other challenging times.

Mental health expert Dr Tharaka Gunarathne will be on hand to offer support and we’ll also be joined by some famous faces throughout the lesson – including a very special appearance from Pudsey Bear!

What is BBC Moodboosters?

BBC Moodboosters is an initiative to get primary school children around the UK moving for mental health and wellbeing.

We've teamed up with Children in Need to provide short, simple and fun videos featuring famous faces from across the BBC and beyond.

Moodboosters videos can help children understand and express their emotions and feelings.

Below you will find links to the videos featured in the Live Lessons and the full collection can be found here.

The 30 minute Live Lesson will be available to watch on Friday 9 May at 11:00 on the CBBC channel and from 09:00 on this page.

It will remain online afterwards to be used as a teaching resource whenever you need it.
