Emmy DickWatch: Prepare to Be Disappointed

News is looking bad for our longstanding campaign to get Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg to sing their Emmy-winning “Dick in a Box� on Sunday’s Emmy telecast. The only news since Monday has been an E! Online rumor that Timberlake might make an appearance, but not to sing. Expect that to be just another in the long line of Emmy disappointments — which began way back on nomination day with the snubbing of The Wire, as well as nearly every other program you actually like, and will continue to the very end of the broadcast, when Grey’s Anatomy or some shit wins for Best Drama.

While we’re at it, our predictions:

Best Drama Series: Surely they have to give it to The Sopranos, right? But who knows!
