Limato was a senior agent at the William Morris Agency and worked at International Creative Management before that. He started in the mail room of the Ashley-Famous Agency in New York in 1966, and went on to represent Steve Martin, Mel Gibson, Robert Downey Jr., Richard Gere, and Denzel Washington, among other stars, during his 44-year career.
