Last night’s Britney Spears–centric episode of Glee (read the recap here!) contained five Britney songs and, inexplicably, a Paramore song. (What, “Sometimes†wouldn’t do?) Glee performed three of the numbers — “Me Against the Music,†“I’m a Slave 4 U,†and “Hit Me Baby One More Timeâ€â€” in the same style as the original music videos, and two — Artie’s football number “Stronger†and the glee club’s bowler-hat spectacular “Toxic†— much, much differently.
