Bryan Fuller, creator of the wonderful, short-lived Pushing Daisies, is working on a contemporary reboot of the sixties sitcom The Munsters. NBC has at this point only ordered a pilot of the series, which is being described as “Modern Family meets True Blood.†If you’re not salivating yet, there’s also this: None other than Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth, Hellboy) is rumored to be “eying a behind-the-scenes role in the project.†[Ausiello Files/EW]
