Bruce Willis, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, and Tilda Swinton are all in talks to appear in Wes Anderson’s next movie, his tweenage-starring Moon Rise Kingdom, his first live-action feature since 2007’s The Darjeeling Limited. Anderson wrote the screenplay, which is about the search for a pair of runaway young lovers in a New England town in the sixties. Anderson regular Murray will play the missing girl’s father; McDormand her mother, who’s having an affair with Willis’s town sheriff; and Norton will play a scout leader helping with the search. Scott Rudin will be producing the film, which will start shooting in the spring. So apparently soon, we’ll all know just how sharp Bruce Willis looks in corduroy. [Deadline]
