I wasn’t allowed to watch Beavis and Butt-head growing up, though I do remember sitting around the old USA Network with my family, enjoying a few episodes of the grotesquely filthy Duckman. Parenting! It’s a new danger at every turn! What I’m trying to say is, you as a person who loved Beavis And Butt-head the first time around and watched it growing up and imbued it with nostalgic import are probably relieved by the sneak-peek they aired at Comic-Con. The show seems essentially the same, but with more “Snooki has herpes” jokes. When you hear the phrase “Is this where the screw penetrated the action figure’s butt?,” I imagine it’s like coming home again.
