Oscar Isaac has steadily worked his way up from scene-stealing roles in not-so-good movies (Sucker Punch, W.E.) to supporting parts in director-driven action dramas (like Drive and the upcoming The Bourne Legacy, where he almost nabbed the lead role), and now the Coen brothers are finally rewarding him with a big prize: He’ll topline their next movie, Inside Llewyn Davis. Deadline reports Isaac’s involvement in the project, which will be set during the folk-music scene in sixties Greenwich Village and feature an extensive soundtrack. We approve! [Deadline]
