In the latest installment of “Will They or Won’t They?: the Blur Chronicles,†reunion-tease Damon Albarn tells NME that some of those recent studio rumors were actually true. The guys have been hanging out, and they did actually record a song — a spoken-word track, with poet Michael Horovitz, in support of the endangered Notting Hill Carnival. But then the Carnival was saved, so they shelved the song.
