While many people consider this to be the most interesting Ice Cube-related project as of late, it was announced today that the former N.W.A. turned P.T.A. member is developing Eye for an Eye, a revenge-based dramatic series for FX about a former paramedic who becomes tired of passively responding to violence and decides to take the law into his own hands. Ice Cube, who’s spent much of the last ten years making movies for the whole family (Barbershop, Are We There Yet?) or comedies that occur on Friday (there was a Friday: The Animated Series? Really?), would be taking on his first series regular role.
