Rumors had flown recently that the marriage of Russell Brand and Katy Perry was on the rocks, and speculation only intensified after both parties were photographed this week (in separate countries, mind you) without a wedding ring on. Now TMZ comes along to put a period on things: The site is reporting that Brand filed for divorce today in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences.†The two were married last October in India after a one-year courtship. First Katy breaks up with Dr. Luke, and now this!
