Less than a week after NBC scooped up the hour-long action-thriller Revolution from J.J. “World’s Producingest Human†Abrams and Supernatural creator Eric Kripke, Jon Favreau has signed up to direct the pilot. It’ll be the Iron Man and Cowboys & Aliens director’s first small screen drama, though he’s helmed a few TV comedies, including an episode of Undeclared and the pilot of David Arquette’s In Case of Emergency. Favreau also has his own comedy, Tweaked, coming to CBS this fall. Easy, Jon. You’re never going to be a busier TV dude than J.J. Just not possible.
