Sharon Stone made her name with sexed-up suspense films like Basic Instinct and Sliver, and despite the 2006 misfire Basic Instinct 2, she’s ready to return to the genre. THR reports that Stone has signed onto Attachment, directed by American History X helmer Tony Kaye (who also made the upcoming Detachment … that won’t be confusing at all!) and she’ll play a married woman who has a one-night stand with a student who then dates her daughter and menaces her family. So, crossed arms instead of uncrossed legs?
