The Game of Thrones craze is doing absolutely nothing for David Dobkin’s retelling of the legend of King Arthur. Arthur & Lancelot cast Thrones actor Kit Harrington and The Killing star and future RoboCop Joel Kinnaman late in 2011 and things seemed cool. Then, Deadline reports, Warner Bros. dumped the actors, “nervous about a big budget with unproven stars.†And now that Colin Farrell has taken a look and opted to pass, it’s looking like the film might feature no actors at all. (Hopefully Marion Cotillard accepted the badass-sounding role of Arthur’s half-sister and wizard, at least.)
