Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, you might have thought you’d accidentally clicked on the Spanish dubbing because the entire interview with Will Ferrell was conducted en español, and with a cameo from La Casa de Mi Padre co-star Diego Luna, too. But, no worries, nothing really got lost in translation: Ferrell called Dora the Explorer a whore and talked about his dead grandfather’s desire to flash his pickle, all impressively (albeit gringo-ishly) in Spanish with the subjunctive and preterite forms thrown in for good measure.
