Last night, almost 7 million people learned what the âBâ stands for in the title Donât Trust the Bâ in Apartment 23 (itâs bee, oddly enough). With a 2.9 rating for 18-49 year olds, the show premiered to about as many people as Happy Endings usually brings in. These are good numbers, matching those of undeniable hit New Girl and trouncing any of the NBC comedies, including very sadly Best Friends Forever, which was down 25% to a dangerously low 0.9 for 18-49. Considering the monster lead-in that is Modern Family, however, this is hardly a slamdunk for renewal. Weâll see if the numbers hold up for next weekâs episode, in which that pesky bee finally stings that really pretty bitch in Apartment 23.
Were you any of the 7 million? What did you think?
