Cougar Town might be moving to TBS, according to Deadline, which seems kind of perfect, actually: Cougar’s ratings are underwhelming for network but would be decent for cable, plus its gentle pacing and tendency toward whimsy have never quite fit at ABC. Right now, the talks are still very preliminary, but the possible deal would be for two fifteen-episode seasons — which would be a real workout for Big Carl.
