Lee Daniels has cast Minka Kelly to play Jackie Kennedy in his upcoming movie The Butler, he tells Screen Daily. Lyla Garrity is getting the American Camelot she dreamed of! The film centers on Forrest Whitaker as Eugene Allen, a White House butler who worked in eight different administrations. Matthew McConaughey will play JFK, John Cusack will play Richard Nixon, Alan Rickman will play Ronald Reagan, Jane Fonda will play Nancy Reagan, and America will play the cautiously optimistic audience ready to enjoy the blend of personal and political stories of the civil rights movement.
