With its fourth-season finale coming up in a couple weeks, Nurse Jackie has already been renewed for a fifth season. For which former Dexter showrunner Clyde Phillips will replace the two departing executive producers. So I guess Nurse J is going to start attempting to murder people but before they die, she’ll nurse them back to health, just so she can murder them a second time (like a Super Dexter). Also, she’ll do drugs.
