Deadline reports that Jeremy Renner is interested in playing Julian Assange for a WikiLeaks movie set up at DreamWorks; what’s more, Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn) may direct. After playing a government agent tasked with keeping secrets in Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol, The Avengers, and The Bourne Supremacy, this role would certainly provide Renner with a fun little flip.
