Laurence Fishburne has officially joined the cast of NBC’s upcoming drama Hannibal. He’ll recur as the head of the FBI’s behavioral science unit (the same character Scott Glenn played in Silence of the Lambs). Fishburne’s last TV gig was on CSI, so he’s had plenty of time to master “gruff cop who hates murderers†faces and stuff.
