Russell Brand is considering Pierre Pierre as his next big-screen move, where Showblitz says he’d star as an “obnoxious French nihilist†moving a stolen artwork from Paris to London. The film will come from Larry Charles, best known as deliverer of Sacha Baron Cohen’s Borat, Brüno, and The Dictator, as well as a handful of Curb Your Enthusiasm episodes. Brand appeared onscreen just once in 2011 (Arthur) as well as this year (Rock of Ages).
