Diane Kruger has been cast as Abraham Lincoln’s stepmother in The Green Blade Rises, which is not the moody tale of a superhero returning to the fold but rather a black-and-white biopic produced by Terrence Malick. Deadline reports that the movie will span three years in Lincoln’s early life, so between this, Lincoln, and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Honest Abe is having quite the moment. Maybe next year, Millard Fillmore.
