The romantic drama The Words tells three nested stories: Successful author Dennis Quaid (who’s being pursued by a very forward Olivia Wilde) reads from his new book about … a struggling author played by Bradley Cooper, who passes off someone else’s lost manuscript as his own … and we see the story of that manuscript come to life, too, with Ben Barnes as a man suffering romantic heartbreak. But the film’s pivotal incident is Cooper stumbling across the important manuscript, and in this exclusive clip, he and his supportive wife Zoe Saldana come across an old, abandoned attaché case containing that manuscript while they’re peeking through an antiques store abroad.
