The Hangover and Old School auteur Todd Phillips was last seen mulling a move into the dramatic realm with a remake of James Caan’s The Gambler. Now he’s dipping into the thriller department, signing on for an adaptation of Linwood Barclay’s oh-so-spinning-airport-rack-looking novel Trust Your Eyes. Variety describes the film as a cross between Rain Man and Hitchcock’s Rear Window — a schizophrenic savant and his bro(ther) investigate a murder in New York, WOLF PACK STYLE. (That last bit’s semi-speculative.)
