This morning on the Today Show, local affiliate WNBC apparently missed Al Roker’s toss to the local forecast, which gave the audience a chance to hear what happens when Al, Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, and Natalie Morales don’t think the cameras are rolling. Honestly, it’s not much of a revelation: Roker chants “blah blah blah†like he’s quoting a Ke$ha song while Matt grills Natalie on why she’s begun pronouncing the last name of Amanda Knox’s ex-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, differently than usual, all before the situation is diffused by Roker, who breaks into his own bleak take on “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off.†Suddenly, we really feel for Ann Curry.
