Stephen King spawn Joe Hill has been cranking out an excellent, imaginative graphic novel titled Locke & Key since 2008; Fox declining to pick up a television adaptation in 2011, after a series commitment, remains a mystery more than a year later. Now we’ve got rumors about a film trilogy from the same team who wrote the pilot, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman (Star Trek, Transformers, Mission: Impossible 3). Orci confirmed the rumor on Twitter and Hill lent some cred as well. We’ll see.
