IFC just announced the voice cast for its new animated series Out There, which premieres February 22nd on the cable network. Fred Armisen, Megan Mullally, Linda Cardellini, Pamela Adlon (Louie, the voice of Bobby on King of the Hill), John DiMaggio (Bender from Futurama), and Kate Micucci (of Garfunkel and Oates fame) will make up the principal voice cast along with the show’s creator Ryan Quincy and Justin Roiland (Channel 101), who voice the two lead characters. Ryan Quincy, South Park’s Emmy-winning animation director, created, wrote, and produced Out There, which follows a socially awkward kid named Chad (voiced by Quincy), his best friend Chris (Roiland), and little brother (Micucci). DiMaggio and Mullally voice Chad’s parents, Adlon is Chris’s single mother, Armisen is her no-good boyfriend, and Cardellini is Chad’s love interest. The deck looks pretty stacked on this one, voice cast-wise, so this should be something to set the DVR for if you love a good voice cast.
