We already knew that Justin Bieber is not a particularly responsible pet owner, so it’s no surprise that he neglected to familiarize himself with the legalities associated with bringing his new monkey (a gift from producer Jamal Rashid) into Germany. After landing in Munch on Thursday, the Biebs was forced to leave the capuchin in quarantine because he did not have the paperwork needed to get it through customs. He’s now facing a fine of £10,000, plus whatever it costs German officials to take care of the animal while he continues his European tour. Perhaps next time he’ll think ahead and hide it in his pants.
