This is just a reminder that Jim Rash, who plays weirdo Dean Pelton on Community AND won an Oscar last year for co-writing The Descendants, wrote tonight’s episode of Community. The episode, entitled “Basic Human Anatomy,†involves Troy and Abed in a body switching adventure, while Annie and Shirley plot against class valedictorian Leonard. This is the first and only episode of the show that Jim Rash has written, and it’s also the first and only episode of Community to be written by an Oscar winner – unless Tarantino or Sofia Coppola want to have a crack at a hypothetical Season 5 episode.
