(A petition to have Rick Ross dropped from his Reebok endorsement has 50,000 signatures and counting.) Rick Ross tried to deflect the criticisms during a radio interview, saying that the lyrics were misunderstood and that “woman is the most precious gift known to man.†Today, he tried again on Twitter: “I don’t condone rape. Apologies for the #lyric interpreted as rape.†Nope, that is still not an actual apology.
