Here we go again: Damon Albarn, who spends most of his professional time giving noncommittal quotes about Blur, is back out in public talking about new music. The latest, from a recent concert: “We have a week in Hong Kong, and we thought it would be a good time to try and record another record.†So flip your Blur Reunion switch back to “Yes, it’s on for now.â€
