The TV networks are unveiling trailers for their new shows this week, and here’s one for The Michael J. Fox Show, which NBC bought 22 episodes of in a bidding war last fall before a single episode was filmed. Loosely based on his own life, the show, the show finds newscaster/father returning to work after leaving because of a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Breaking Bad’s Betsy Brandt and The Wire’s Wendell Pierce co-star in what looks to be a promising new sitcom, especially when compared to some other new sitcoms there.
