There’s a pilot at FX that’s lining up one hell of an impressive cast of comedy people. Deadline reports that Jenny Slate (SNL, Parks and Rec) and Brett Gelman (Go On, Eagleheart) have signed on to star in the untitled pilot, which already has Nat Faxon (Ben and Kate) and Judy Greer (Arrested Development) as its leads. The project was created by Andrew Gurland, who wrote The Last Exorcism and The Virginity Hit. The pilot follows a married couple (Faxon, Greer) who enter into an open relationship to save their marriage. Slate and Gelman are both playing friends to Faxon’s character. It sounds like an interesting premise, but it’ll be cool just to see these four funny people together on the same screen no matter what the show’s concept is.
