It doesn’t quite have the buzz of Arrested Development (does anything?) or the fancy-pants cachet of House of Cards, but Netflix has another show coming out, and it looks pretty good. Orange Is the New Black, based on Piper Kerman’s memoir about going to prison for money laundering, stars Taylor Schilling as the incarcerated blonde. Jason Biggs plays her husband, That ‘70s Show’s Laura Prepon plays a drug-smuggling lesbian, and best of all, Natasha Lyonne plays one of Piper’s cellmates. OITNB comes from Weeds’ mastermind Jenji Kohan, which explains some of the panicky-white-girl zingers as well as the affection for Rilo Kiley.
