Jake Johnson is widely considered one of TV’s great drunks. Well, looking at the Drinking Buddies trailer, he’s about to transition into being a great film drunk. In it, he and Olivia Wilde play good friends and co-workers at a Chicago brewery. They drink and flirt a lot, but they each are dating someone else (Anna Kendrick and Ron Livingston, to be specific). The film was written and directed by mumblecore superstar Joe Swanberg. It will be available on iTunes on July 25, with a limited theatrical release starting on August 23. We do not suggest watching it drunk, but we also do not not suggest doing so.
