Murray’s dazzling entrance as Liberace preceded a spot-on Michael Douglas impression, some onstage sledgehammer action to find a time capsule that contained a New York Post with a Jay Leno headline, David Letterman’s hair piece, and a Billboard chart topped by none other than Whitney Houston.
