Thursday night was a rough one for beloved, sometimes unpredictable performers and audience interaction. WWD reports that Fiona Apple walked offstage at a Louis Vuitton party in Tokyo after the crowd refused to stop talking (no video yet, but wait). Before she left, Apple climbed on top of her piano to shush everyone and also attempted to silence them with a small metal bell. Upon leaving, she yelled, “Predictable fashion, what the fuck!†On the Roseland meltdown scale, this barely registers, but still: Be quiet when Fiona Apple is playing, everyone.
