Jay Leno has less than six months left behind his Tonight Show desk. The show’s executive producers made the announcement to the show’s crew Friday that the final episode will air on Thursday, February 6, 2014, Deadline reports. The Winter Olympics, which NBC is covering, begin airing February 7. It was previously announced that Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers will take over The Tonight Show and Late Night, respectively, on Monday, February 24, and that NBC wants Jay Leno to stay at the network in some capacity. Leno’s previous last Tonight Show interview took place on May 29, 2009.
