The New Yorker just announced the lineup for the 2013 New Yorker Festival, and there’s plenty of stuff for comedy fans. The event, which is held from October 4th-6th in, um, New York, will feature an advance screening of Aziz Ansari’s new hour special Buried Alive followed by a conversation between Ansari and New Yorker writer Andy Borowitz, a Funny or Die sketch show hosted by Billy Eichner, a panel on television and politics with Armando Iannucci, W. Kamau Bell and some non-comedy people; and a panel on improvisation with Christopher Guest, Aubrey Plaza, Horatio Sanz, and Rachel Dratch. Head on over to the official website for ticket info and for the full schedule.
