Los Angeles County prosecutors decided on Wednesday not to charge Justin Bieber for allegedly threatening a neighbor and spitting in that man’s direction back in May. According to the Associated Press, prosecutor Alan Yochelson said that while the Bieb’s response to the neighbor’s complaints that he drove his Ferrari recklessly through their Calabasas neighborhood seemed “immature,†they weren’t “necessarily criminal.†Also, there isn’t enough evidence to charge him – at least, not until the next time something like this happens to the darling young man.
