Conan O’Brien has been doing his Serious Jibber-Jabber web series for a little over a year. Though it started with a presidential biographer, the best episodes are when he talks to other funny people, whether that is Judd Apatow or his former Simpsons writing pals. In the most recent episode, he talks with the legendary Mel Brooks. They talk about his illustrious career, how Hitchcock kind of invented YOLO (57:00), and how he’d like to die (46:00). Luckily, his plan isn’t to die for another fifteen years, so he can still break the fourth wall and yell at the cameraman for cutting away from him for a good while.
