The closing of parks and monuments because of the government shutdown has spoiled the wedding plans of a whole bunch of people. To counteract that a little, Stephen Colbert held a wedding on his show last night. The furloughed Smokey the Bear was the best man, and Mandy Patinkin and Audra McDonald both sang.
