HBO is developing a show about electronic music, with Will Smith and Jay Z serving among the show’s many executive producers. Deadline reports that mega D.J. Calvin Harris (you might recognize his work from Rihanna’s “We Found Love”) is working with Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh on a half-hour comedy “set in the world” of electronic music, though it’s not clear yet what the story will be, who will star, who will write the show week-to-week, or just how catchy and surprisingly infectious its theme song will be.
