Screenwriting team Thomas Lennon and Ben Garant are currently in final negotiations to pull off what seems like an impossible cinematic feat. THR reports that the duo are attached to write a movie adaptation of the hit 1980s Choose Your Own Adventure book series, with We’re the Millers director Rawson Marshall Thurber already signed on to direct. While it’s way too early to know how Lennon and Garant plan to adapt well over 200 books that cut across multiple time periods and genres, if there’s anyone who can successfully write a Choose Your Own Adventure movie it’s the Night at the Museum guys.
