If Dr. Hannibal Lecter ever wrote a cookbook, it would be titled, How to Cook Everyone. (Or, maybe, To Serve Man — copyright Rod Serling.) Dr. Lecter is the classiest cannibal around, with the hands of Jacques Pepin and the face of an intense Danish actor. Throughout the show, he prepares lavish meals from the body parts of his various victims: Cassie Boyle’s lungs, some random guy running away in the woods, serial killer James Gray. Like the grisly murder tableaus that are so lovely you can’t look away from them, the dishes on Hannibal are so food porn-y you don’t know whether to grab a fork or to throw up. His guests gush over his elegant plates, ignorant to the fact that they’re about to eat people. Click through to see every dish he’s made on the show so far.

We first meet Dr. Hannibal Lecter after hearing about another cannibal serial killer, Garret Jacob Hobbs, who likes to eat his victims as a way of "honoring" them. Hannibal is more of a hedonist—he just thinks people taste great.

The first meal Hannibal cooks for Abigail Hobbs is the last meal that she had with her parents. Because, you know, he's her new cannibal dad.

Bella Crawford refuses to eat this dish of foie gras au torchon with a late harvest Vidal sauce and figs because it's cruel. Hannibal tells her not to worry, because he only uses an "ethical butcher."

For bigger dinner parties, Hannibal hunts his prey by pairing a recipe with one of the many business cards he's collected over the year. Who is this? It could be Michelle Vocalson, who steamed his coats.

A touch of blood to any sauce will give your guests that umami flavor they've been craving.

To his surprise, tabloid journalist Freddy Lounds is a vegetarian, so she requests a simple salad.

Abigail on the other hand, has a developed taste for human.

Hannibal makes kudal, a south Indian curry in a coconut coriander cheese sauce. He says it's "made from sheep, of course."

Hannibal brings Will some black chicken soup to nurse him back to health.

"I almost feel guilty eating it," says Jack Crawford.
"I never feel guilty eating anything," replies Hannibal.

"I can’t quite place the fish," says Jack.
"He was a flounder."

Jack has his forensic scientists run an analysis on the food from the dinner party. Turns out it's all just animal protein, so you don't have to feel bad that you actually think this looks delicious.

In the most macabre dining scene yet, Hannibal serves Dr. Abel Gideon HIS OWN LEG.
"You intend me to be my own last supper," asks Dr. Gideon.
"Yes."
