While the video for Avril Lavigne’s “Hello Kitty†was perhaps meant to embrace Japanese culture (dubstep, though?), it also managed to offend more than a few people. The video also mysteriously disappeared yesterday after the unexpected outcry, but is now back alongside some words from the punk rock prom queen herself:Â
