See Proenza Schouler’s New Surf-Inspired Collection for MAC

MAC and Proenza Schouler’s long-awaited collection is finally here. As originally suspected, the collection of lipsticks, lip liners, eyeliners, nail lacquers, brushes, and ombré blushes is inspired by the brand’s surf-influenced looks for spring 2010. Brush handles and packaging all have holographic tie-dye elements. Although the Proenza woman typically sports barely there makeup, there are some surprisingly vibrant shades, such as Mangrove lipstick (a bright orange-red) and Dynamo (an electric peony). Just the thing for surfer girls to wear at night. The collection goes on sale nationwide April 24.
