London Street Style: Cheeky Jackets and Loud Neons
So far, the London Collections: Men spring 2015 shows have featured everything from spoofs on Hermès and Louis Vuitton to butt-sculpting skinny jeans — exhibiting a playful attitude about fashion that extends to the streets. This week, the British capital’s sidewalks were full of free-spirited accents, from a sleek peacock-feather wristlet to an eye-catching, banana-savoring jacket. Tom Hirota showed off a Playboy clutch and an array of lace slips layered with athletic sweatshirts, while another showgoer sported a hot-pink basketball uniform, worn with what appears to be a pair of sneaker-sandal hybrids. Others opted for more subdued tones, choosing the slick minimalism of crisp denim jackets and boxy leather backpacks.
